Template does not match the aircraft.

1. Make sure that you use right template for aircraft type. Each aircraft has unique template which fits only to belonging type.

2. When exporting from Illustrator please make sure to activate "Use Artboard" function. Otherwise the the bitmap will be not matching the aircraft.

3. Generally your .ai or .ps file should match exactly the .jpg or .png file you export or save. If it is not matching maybe "Use Artboard" function is deactivated or import to photoshop went wrong.

Export in Illustrator is not working.

If "Export" function in illustrator is not working because it is easily running out of memory please import your .ai file in Photoshop with 8192x8192 pixels and save as .jpg or .png.

App does not run on my system.

Currently the app is tested and approved to run on computers with the following system requirements: Operating System Windows 10, System Type 64-Bit, Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4930K CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 Ghz, RAM 8, Graphic Adapter: GeForce GTX 780 ; Operating System Mac OS Sierra Version 10.12.6, iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5 Zoll, Ende 2015), Processor: 3,3 GHz Intel Core i7, RAM: 16 GB 1867 MHz DDR3, Graphic Adapter: Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200 1536 MB

Content is not updating according to your license.

1. In order to download the licensed content you have to have internet connection and ACAExterior app has permission to download from internet.

2. After downloading succesfully the content you have to close and restart ACAExterior in order to see the new content.

License can not be loaded and app starts in Demo Version.

ACAExterior can run license only if the date time on your computer is correct. If the date time is incorrect or will be changed during license period license will not be loaded and app runs in demo mode.

I can not download the app to my system.

Be sure you have rights to download content from internet, otherwise contact your IT-department.

I can not copy the app to my destination directory.

Be sure you have writing rights, otherwise contact your IT-department.

The template files are not written to directory.

Be sure you have writing rights, otherwise contact your IT-department.

The project files are not written to directory.

Be sure you have writing rights, otherwise contact your IT-department.

The screenshots are not written to directory.

Be sure you have writing rights, otherwise contact your IT-department.

The project files are not read by the app.

Be sure you have writing rights, otherwise contact your IT-department.

The maps (*.jpg, *.png, *.bmp) files are not read by the app.
